I would love to help more, but at this point I’m so stretched for time that all I can say is…

  1. Teach the way you learn…find the most interesting parts and contextualize the facts and concepts you’re teaching.
  2. Practice your public speaking voice and style…it doesn’t come immediately, but it comes eventually, and it’s extremely important
  3. Every video is going to take too long and not get enough views. But if you get more than 30 views…you are doing the same amount of work as the average lecturer in a class…reaching the same number of people…and that’s a good goal to start with. Just imagine you have a real class…every view you hit above 30 is better than a lecturer does with any given performance. 
  4. Keep Making Videos…you never know which one will be your “one.”
